New Systems and Upgrades

We install the upgrade components into your existing machine, starting from the basic installation of a motherboard. This includes configuration of the operating system and driver installation.

Send us the product via courier

If you are unable to take your item to our Service Centre, you may send us the item via courier.

You can ship the defective item to us with the package clearly marked or labelled with the details. It is your responsibility to ensure proper packaging as physically damaged products are NOT covered by us. Please note that Electron Computers Ltd does not cover or reimburse shipping expenses, and does not accept collect or COD deliveries (all such deliveries will be refused). 
As soon as the item is repaired we will let you know and it will be sent to your address in due course or you may want to pick it up yourself.
